Magic is hiring a full-time, fully remote Account Executive to own 50+ warm inbound leads from discovery through close and client onboarding. The role carries a $1,500–$2,500 monthly guaranteed base plus 15–25% performance commission, with total earnings of $2,500–$4,500+ and uncapped potential for top performers. Candidates must be able to work 9-hour shifts during U.S. business hours, attend mandatory Eastern-time training, maintain HubSpot pipeline discipline, and provide their own computer, internet, headset, and quiet workspace. The position offers a career path from Account Executive through Senior Account Executive, Team Lead, and Sales Director.
