Description
NiCE is hiring an Account Executive for its Public Safety/911 territory covering Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. The role owns the full sales cycle, drives new business and pipeline growth, manages complex public-sector procurement, collaborates with presales and partners, and supports technical responses to RFPs and bids. It requires 3–5+ years of technology sales or sales engineering experience in Public Safety, 911/PSAP, or Government sectors, along with knowledge of Public Safety and Criminal Justice workflows, including digital evidence processes. The role requires approximately 50% travel and a BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
