NiCE is hiring an Account Executive – Public Safety / 911 to drive net-new business, pipeline growth, and revenue across 911 Emergency Communications Centers and broader public safety agencies in Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Arizona. The role owns the full sales cycle, conducts outbound prospecting and consultative selling, manages complex public-sector procurement, collaborates with presales and partners, and supports technical responses to RFPs and bids. It requires 3–5+ years of technology sales or sales engineering experience in public safety, 911/PSAP, or government sectors, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
