Arvato is hiring an Account Management Associate - Change Requests / Governance in Harsewinkel to manage change requests, prepare cost proposals and scopes of work, analyze and optimize business processes in SAP CRM, support customer meetings, and evaluate business cases. The role is initially limited to two years and requires a relevant degree, initial experience in sales, account management, logistics, or healthcare, strong MS Office and analytical skills, and very good German and English proficiency.
