Description
Grab is hiring an Associate Account Manager for GrabMart to manage existing partner and supplier accounts, maintain customer satisfaction, conduct business reviews, develop strategic account plans, resolve issues, analyze sales and market data, and coordinate with marketing and logistics teams. The role requires at least three years of ecommerce experience, lead-generation and prospecting skills, presentation and communication abilities in Vietnamese and English, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities. The position is onsite in Ho Chi Minh City and reports to the GrabMart Commercial Manager.
