1000heads is hiring an Account Manager for its Client Services team in London on an initial 12-month full-time fixed-term contract, with potential extension or conversion to a permanent role. The position manages major global accounts, develops client relationships, creates and presents campaign ideas, oversees digital and social campaign delivery, manages teams and partner agencies, controls budgets and billing, and ensures projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. The role requires account handling, creative development or client-facing project management experience, cross-market campaign activation, social media knowledge, strong communication and organisation skills, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
