WPP Production is hiring an Account Manager to support the Associate Account Director and Business Director with the day-to-day operations of a retainer account. The role manages client relationships, end-to-end project delivery, budgets, cost estimates, stakeholder communications, project performance reporting, risks, and scope changes, while integrating AI tools to improve workflows. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–6 years of account management experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies, familiarity with digital marketing and content production, and experience with AI-powered platforms.
