Alltrista Plastics LLC, a Jadex Inc. subsidiary and manufacturer of high-volume precision injection-molded parts, is seeking an Account Manager to grow existing customer business, acquire new accounts and product opportunities, and achieve territory sales targets. The role manages customer and internal relationships, develops sales plans and pipelines, applies value selling, supports medical and pharmaceutical packaging opportunities, coordinates with cross-functional teams, commercializes new business, presents to customers, and participates in contract negotiations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related science field, five to seven years of B2B sales or business development experience in the medical market for a manufacturing company, knowledge of medical regulatory and quality requirements, strong communication and planning skills, and over 50% travel across the European Union and United States.
