Description
Howmet is hiring an Account Manager to develop and secure new business for industrial fastening products and joining solutions. The role combines technical knowledge with consultative selling, prospecting customers, developing application-specific solutions, coordinating technical evaluations and trials, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and moving opportunities through the sales funnel to production launch. The Account Manager will also maintain customer relationships, forecast opportunities, and meet revenue and pipeline objectives. A bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required, with industrial fastening, OEM, engineering, and manufacturing experience preferred.
