Broker Online Exchange is hiring an Account Manager Associate to manage brokerage partners and advisors, support pricing and contracting, develop broker relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maintain account records. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least one year of relevant office-based experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The position offers a base salary target of $55,000 plus uncapped commissions and follows a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Monday through Wednesday and work-from-home flexibility Thursday and Friday.
