AWP Safety is hiring an Account Manager to represent the company with prospective and existing utility, construction, engineering, and event accounts in an assigned regional territory. The role focuses on maintaining existing business, developing profitable sales growth plans, managing a pipeline of opportunities, building customer relationships, negotiating contracts and renewals, maintaining forecasts and CRM records, and collaborating with sales, billing, collections, and regional operations teams. The position requires at least three years of sales experience, a business-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, CRM experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability to travel 75% of the time. Compensation is $75,000 base plus 50% quarterly bonus potential, with medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
