The role combines account retention and expansion, contractor hiring and compliance, service scheduling and quality control, contract negotiation, supply procurement, client satisfaction, and oversight of Night Managers. Candidates need at least two years of outside B2B account management experience and a two-year track record of success in client retention, with strong communication, CRM, Microsoft Office, and local travel skills.
