Description
The role combines inside sales and customer service, including initial quoting, account management, relationship development, sales-order planning, forecasting, pricing, engineering and technical issue coordination, production scheduling, delivery updates, receivables support, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and process improvement. The position also requires collaboration with supply chain, engineering, quality, manufacturing, business-unit director, and planning teams, as well as adherence to company and OSHA safety procedures.
