Fletcher Building is hiring a permanent Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of trade customers, primarily within the Fijian Indian community, while developing new business in Auckland. The role involves visiting sites, building relationships, attending industry events, understanding construction and building-materials markets, converting leads into customers, and delivering tailored solutions. It is a full-time position based at PlaceMakers Takanini with regular travel across the Auckland region, requiring sales or account-management experience, fluency in Fiji Hindi and English, strong communication and tech skills, and a New Zealand Class 1 driver’s licence.
