Hays Electrical Services is hiring a full-time Account Manager in San Marcos, Texas to own a territory and drive revenue growth for commercial and industrial electrical service accounts. The role combines sales, account management, and field operations leadership, including managing a team of five to ten service technicians, handling customer relationships, pricing and profitability, and coordinating billing and collections across an assigned Texas market. Candidates need at least five years of relevant sales and account management experience in electrical or closely related industrial services, hands-on electrical knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and field service software proficiency, and a valid Texas driver’s license. The company offers base salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses, vehicle support, and comprehensive health benefits, with a growth path to Regional Manager.
