Hays Electrical Services is hiring a full-time Account Manager in Austin to own a commercial and industrial electrical service territory, drive new business and account growth, manage customer relationships, and lead five to ten service technicians. The role combines sales, field operations, team leadership, pricing and profitability management, and accounts receivable coordination. Candidates need at least five years of relevant sales and account management experience, hands-on electrical knowledge, field-team management experience, CRM proficiency, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
