Description
The role is the primary operations owner of a large strategic account in third-party logistics, responsible for daily customer interaction, service delivery, continuous improvement, project execution, resource planning, issue resolution, and account development. It requires 3–5 years of third-party logistics operations or customer-facing experience, leadership experience, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to travel. The position offers up to $57,750 in base salary plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
