HUB International is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Personal Lines team. The role involves managing a book of insurance business, providing excellent client service, overseeing transaction documentation, analyzing insurance plans, staying updated on industry changes, resolving complex service issues, negotiating with carriers, troubleshooting claims, and driving new business development. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of insurance account management experience, prior agency/brokerage experience is preferred, and possess strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
