Innovative Air is hiring an Account Manager in Boise, Idaho to develop long-term relationships with contractor and consulting-engineer accounts, identify HVAC opportunities, prepare proposals and estimates, negotiate terms and pricing, manage project fulfillment, and provide technical HVAC support. The role is 100% commission with a draw eligibility and full medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement benefits. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience is required, while HVAC familiarity is preferred; the position includes occasional project-site visits and outdoor work.
