The Account Manager serves as the commercial and technical link between customers and the company’s expertise, guiding construction and real estate projects from initial contact through design and execution. The role covers the East and West Flanders region, involves building professional networks, preparing proposals with the estimator, and reporting to the regional manager. A bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience, professional networking experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a safety-focused team-oriented mindset are required.
