Description
The Account Manager supports Red Thread’s sales team by maintaining relationships with major accounts, conducting sales calls, creating proposals and quotes, coordinating project meetings and site visits, managing orders in Hedberg, tracking project status, resolving punch-list items, and ensuring timely invoicing. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills, along with CRM experience and a BA/BS degree; furniture, design, or architectural and construction industry experience is preferred. The salary range is $60,000–$75,000 plus bonus, with medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
