Superior Insurance Partners is hiring an Account Manager to support producers and the service team from its Eau Claire, Wisconsin office. The role handles incoming calls and client inquiries, identifies client needs, assists with quoting, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and renewal preparation, maintains client records, and supports resolution and follow-up. The position requires interest in property and casualty insurance, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably prior customer service or administrative experience.
