Tile + Stone Source is hiring a Sales Consultant to support contractors and homeowners through the buying and decision-making process, develop sales relationships, learn product knowledge, process point-of-sale orders, and coordinate with other departments. The role requires 2–4 years of retail sales experience, quota achievement, strong communication and follow-through, flexibility for weekends and trade shows, and the ability to project manage client needs. Compensation is base salary plus commission with a targeted income of $80,000, and the role includes health and dental benefits, time off, and education investments.
