Uber Freight is hiring a full-time, onsite Account Manager in Rogers, Arkansas to build and manage relationships with high-value logistics and supply chain clients. The role covers strategic account planning, market analysis, pricing and proposal development, contract negotiations, account profitability, billing and collections, shipment tracking, carrier selection, vendor and location setup, KPI and SLA monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of account-management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Transportation, logistics, TMS, CRM, and EDI/API experience are preferred, and some travel may be required.
