Valatam is hiring an Account Manager to manage client accounts, strengthen relationships, identify upselling opportunities, coordinate placements, resolve complaints, maintain records, and collaborate with recruitment, HR, trial, and management teams. The role requires fluent English, 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management or a similar client-facing area, CRM and Google Workspace proficiency, and a quiet home office with stable internet. Compensation is approximately USD 1,044 per month plus uncapped upselling commissions, along with paid time off, bonuses, medical insurance stipend, and wellness benefits.
