Description
Tandem is hiring an Account Manager (Motor Finance – Dealers) to build and manage relationships with used-car dealers and brokers, attend face-to-face appointments and negotiate finance terms, support sales and efficiency targets, and deliver customer service. The role covers a flexible dealer patch including Milton Keynes, Luton, Oxford, Northampton, and Hemel Hampstead, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule of 36.25 hours per week. The salary is up to £60,000 with a variable bonus scheme bringing OTE to £70,000, plus a car allowance and annual company bonus. Previous motor-finance experience is preferred but not essential.
