The role oversees hiring, timecards, performance, training, client relationships, compliance, and program initiatives, with travel to East Coast client meetings and operational sites as needed. Candidates need extensive experience in law enforcement, military, or physical security, intelligence analysis, and supervisory work, along with proficiency in Google Suite and Monday.com. The position is based in Washington, DC, with a stated pay range of $120,000–$130,000 USD and medical, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
