Aphex is hiring a founding Account Manager to join its North America team in Toronto. The role focuses on driving adoption of Aphex on live construction projects, building relationships with senior project stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities, leading customer onboarding and activation, helping customers establish consistent project operating processes, and meeting quarterly and annual expansion targets. Candidates should have at least five years of construction-site experience as a Sub-Agent, Agent, or Project Manager, along with strong presentation, ownership, and customer-development skills.
