Additional Information

Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, establish effective agency–client partnerships, and confidently manage or appropriately escalate complex client requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences to achieve the best outcomes, alongside the confidence to contribute to and facilitate client workshops.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges, identify and mitigate account risks, escalate issues when required, and perform effectively under pressure.
