Red River Mutual is hiring an Account Manager to manage assigned broker portfolios in Altona, Manitoba; Winnipeg, Manitoba; or remotely. The role focuses on building broker relationships, driving new and existing business, developing pipelines, supporting broker training and events, monitoring portfolio performance, and representing the company at industry activities. Candidates need post-secondary education in business or a related field, at least 8 years of P&C insurance sales or business development experience, strong relationship-building and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. The position involves frequent travel within the assigned portfolio and occasional overnight trips.
