Description
Bosch is hiring an HVAC Account Manager to represent YORK Factory Direct and promote the YORK/Hitachi HVAC portfolio in an assigned market. The role focuses on selling residential and commercial HVAC equipment and parts to contractors, developing existing customer relationships, recruiting new customers and YORK dealers, creating marketing strategies, coaching customers on products and applications, negotiating sales terms, and meeting sales and activity goals. The position requires a high school diploma, at least five years of HVAC/R experience, five years of strategic account management experience, Salesforce proficiency, and travel within Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.
