Taxwire is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of indirect-tax customers after onboarding. The role focuses on understanding customer businesses and compliance needs, managing relationships and customer health, identifying retention and expansion opportunities, coordinating tax and operations issues, and building scalable account-management systems. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication and commercial judgment, and working knowledge of US sales and use tax, VAT/GST, or another indirect-tax discipline.
