Description
Freshworks is hiring an Account Manager - Mid Market to grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and complex sales cycles while building long-term executive partnerships. The role includes prospecting, forecasting, collaboration across teams, and travel as required. Candidates need at least five years of SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing experience, with CRM, employee experience, customer experience, or ITSM exposure preferred. The position offers an annual base salary of $120,000 to $175,000 USD plus variable compensation, along with dental, medical, vision, disability, life, equity, flexible PTO, and other benefits.
