Meltwater is hiring an Account Manager to manage, renew, and expand relationships with SaaS customers. The role focuses on account growth, renewals, upselling and cross-selling, customer engagement, retention, usage monitoring, and competitive negotiation. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or higher, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English and/or Dutch proficiency, and willingness to work hybrid in the office four days per week. The position is based at Singel 250, 1016 AB Amsterdam.
