Airwallex is hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of retail, e-commerce, marketplace, and consumer business customers in Singapore. The role focuses on consultative discovery, upsell and cross-sell, commercial negotiations, customer activation, adoption, churn prevention, and portfolio growth across cross-border payments and other financial products. It requires more than four years of experience in account management, relationship management, customer success, sales, or a similar commercial role, along with a demonstrated record of driving revenue growth and wallet share.
