Marta is hiring an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of home-care providers, convert interested leads into clients, present suitable care matches, coordinate care exchanges and urgent situations, maintain provider relationships, conduct satisfaction surveys, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with international teams. The role requires prior account management, sales, or home-care case-management experience, fluent German or English, and a friendly, persuasive communication style; Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot experience is advantageous.
