Description
Hermanson Company is hiring an HVAC Account Manager to support assigned maintenance contract customers, including large- and multi-facility accounts. The role manages maintenance contracts, reviews work orders and PM costs, processes invoices, develops and sells contract addendums and PMA proposals, coordinates with technicians and vendors, manages customer relationships, and supports warranty and retrofit projects. The position requires 1–5 years of HVAC or construction experience, a valid driver’s license, after-hours on-call availability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The salary range is $80,000 to $95,000 USD, with medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
