emerchantpay is hiring an Account Manager with English Language to manage end-to-end service delivery for merchants and partners. The role coordinates with risk, treasury, finance, technology, and product teams; leads onboarding and service setup; presents client applications; maintains client relationships; supports technical integration; prepares credit-committee applications; and raises issues to relevant departments. Candidates need at least one year of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, strong English communication skills, computer proficiency, and analytical and problem-solving abilities. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days per week at Gora Business Building in Sofia and two days from home.
