Description
Rubbercraft is hiring a full-time Account Program Manager (Aerospace) to serve as the primary contact for aerospace OEM and strategic customers while managing customer programs, order and ERP activities, delivery performance, quality metrics, reporting, and cross-functional resolution of program issues. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and manufacturing teams; requires 5–7+ years of aerospace manufacturing program or account experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience. It is onsite in Long Beach, California, with approximately 10% travel and requires ITAR access eligibility.
