Description
The Account Representative supports Total Care Auto by handling inbound calls and customer inquiries, assisting with contract transfers, providing third-party quotes, processing mail, sending supplies to dealerships, and supporting senior account representatives. The role reports to the Account Department Manager, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and five years of experience in the field or related areas. It is performed onsite and involves sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and moving about the facility.
