Sonoco is hiring a Cascades Sonoco Account Representative to lead direct sales for Poly and Water-based coated board serving folding carton, corrugated, and related packaging markets in an assigned Midwest regional territory. The role develops account strategies, manages customer relationships and sales funnels, identifies new business opportunities, supports pricing and forecasting, and partners with internal teams. It requires significant regional travel, approximately three nights per week, and candidates should have a four-year college degree and at least three years of experience in folding carton or corrugated packaging. Compensation ranges from $73,280 to $125,730 annually depending on level, with a 12.5% target bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
