The Municipality of Anchorage is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Water & Wastewater Utility Department. The role provides customer service, resolves concerns, maintains billing accuracy, collects payments, manages delinquent accounts, assists with online account access, explains utility services and payment options, and coordinates field-service appointments. The position is based at 3000 Arctic Boulevard, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with possible telecommuting after successful probation. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus three years of experience in customer service, collection, or accounting, and must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
