Colonial Chemical Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Account Representative Lead to support the Account Representative team and trainers, manage customer-service workloads and key accounts, resolve customer issues across departments, assist with onboarding and training, prepare management reports, back up manager approvals, and support ERP and process improvement projects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of customer service/data entry experience and four years in the chemical industry; ERP experience, a bachelor’s degree, and supervisory experience are preferred.
