ACI is hiring a remote Account Resolution/Collections Specialist to contact customers with delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, skip trace, document account activity, and monitor accounts to mitigate losses. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of call center or customer service experience, collections knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a smartphone for remote work. Candidates must reside in New York or Texas and work on camera from a remote environment, with occasional office travel.
