American Coradius International LLC is hiring a remote Account Resolution/Collections Specialist to contact customers with delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, skip trace, document account activity, and monitor accounts to mitigate losses. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of call center or customer service experience, collections knowledge, communication and problem-solving skills, and a smartphone for remote work. Candidates must reside in New York or Texas and be within reasonable travel distance of the specified office locations, with occasional office travel possible. The position requires on-camera remote work, scheduled night and Friday shifts, and a minimum of five days per week.
