Account Solutions Representative at TAPCO Credit Union

TAPCO Credit Union is hiring a full-time, onsite Account Solutions Representative in Tacoma, Washington. The role works with past-due members to negotiate payment schedules, modifications, extensions, and other workout solutions, while handling inbound and outbound calls, skip tracing, reporting, documentation, and compliance with NCUA, Fair Debt Collection Act, and other collection regulations. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in collections, lending, or financial operations, knowledge of collection practices and regulations, computer and Microsoft Office skills, and bondability eligibility. Compensation is $22.05–$27.57 per hour depending on experience, with medical, vision, prescription, and dental insurance options and other benefits.
