Description
The Account Supervisor oversees daily janitorial operations at assigned customer locations, leading frontline staff, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards, managing schedules and staffing, and supporting quality assurance and operational budgets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities management, housekeeping, or related services, and knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with pay of $20.50 per hour.
