Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. is hiring a full-time, field-based Account Support Representative for its Syracuse, New York territory. The role delivers and maintains wound-therapy equipment, educates and supports patients, monitors therapy utilization, documents wound progress, coordinates paperwork and product services, and provides customer service. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of related experience, reliable transportation, bilingual English and Cantonese, Mandarin, or Russian fluency, and strong patient-centered communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with benefits including a company-sponsored stipend, 401(k) match, paid time off, and car and fuel allowances.
