Description
ACV is hiring an Account Support Representative - Titles to support customer and dealership relationships for the Titles team. The role handles inbound and outbound customer calls, resolves title-related issues, communicates with dealerships and internal teams, uses Salesforce and Tableau, validates title work, and maintains KPIs and quality standards. A high school diploma and one year of relevant administrative or titles-related experience are required; titles or automotive experience is preferred. The position does not offer immigration or work visa sponsorship.
