Le Groupe Maurice is hiring an Accountant to join its Finance team and support its operating residences. The role covers monthly financial statements, revenue and expense reconciliations, journal entries, GST/QST returns, accounts receivable, accounting policy support, process improvement, SOX controls, and coaching. Candidates need an accounting degree and more than seven years of general accounting experience with a DEC, or more than five years with a bachelor’s degree. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with two days per week in person, along with health, disability, and life insurance and other benefits.
